Bentley Motors in collaboration with Dezer Development has announced the official groundbreaking of Bentley Residences Miami, the first Bentley-branded residential tower, situated on an exclusive stretch of oceanfront at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. Featuring four innovative car lifts and glass-ensconced sky garages that exhibit car-like art in each of the 216 private residences, the luxury condominium will rise 62 stories and offer sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Harnessing the prestige and heritage of the brand, Bentley Residences will evoke a sense of class, elegance, and sophistication, setting a new precedent for resort-style luxury living on the beach with five-star hospitality and service. Completion is expected at the end of 2027. “Breaking ground on Bentley Residences is a huge milestone for the project and another step closer to bringing our vision to life,” said Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development. “We are excited to introduce a completely new elevated residential experience to Sunny Isles Beach and look forward to continuing the relationship with Bentley Motors to deliver a one-of-a-kind project.”

Singapore is now home to the world's first BMW M Showroom. We drop in with the who's who in the industry to witness the launch of the sleek new Munich Automobiles Showroom and Service Centre.


The track was designed by the world-renowned Hermann Tilke, and incorporates local elements such as the roof of the main grandstand which resembles the eaves of traditional Korean ‘hanok’ houses. A total of 130,000 spectators will be accommodated at the circuit, with 16,000 seats in the main grandstand. The addition of the 2010 FORMULA 1 KOREAN GRAND PRIX to the FIA Formula One World Championship calendar is expected to represent a watershed for development of the motor sports industry in Korea, as well as bring economic benefits to the area.
